5. Payments via Stripe

We use Stripe for online payments.

When you make an online payment, the data required to process the payment is processed by Stripe.

Waldberg Lodge does not necessarily receive all financial information that you enter with the payment service provider. The processing of your payment data by Stripe is also subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Guest registration, identification details and tourist tax

Under applicable Austrian regulations, we are required to register certain information about our guests.

Where legally required, this may also include information from a passport or identity card, such as the type of identity document and the document number.

The personal data required for guest registration may be processed in the designated registration system and, where legally required, provided to the competent local or Austrian authorities.
