HOUSE RULES WALDBERG LODGE VIEHHOFEN
To keep Waldberg Lodge clean and well maintained and to make the stay as pleasant as possible for our guests and neighbours, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.
Arrival and departure
• Check-in from 4:00 PM.
• Check-out no later than 9:00 AM.
Proper use of the accommodation
• Please treat the apartment, communal areas, furniture and inventory with care and respect.
• Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
• The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
• Please report any damage, defects or missing items to us immediately.
• Any damage to the accommodation, furniture, inventory or communal areas caused during your stay by you, your fellow travellers or visitors will be charged to you.
• Costs for repairs, replacement or missing inventory may also be charged afterwards.
Waste – important
• Waste must be properly disposed of and separated according to local regulations during your stay and before departure.
• Please use only the designated waste containers.
• Glass must be disposed of separately in the designated glass containers.
• Waste, rubbish bags, boxes, bottles or other items may not be left in or around the accommodation, on balconies or terraces, or next to the waste containers.
• No waste may be left in the apartment upon departure unless we have expressly provided different instructions.
• If waste is not correctly separated or disposed of and this results in additional work or costs, these costs will be charged to the guest.
Final cleaning and leaving the accommodation tidy
• The paid final cleaning fee does not mean that the apartment may be left dirty or untidy.
• The apartment must be left broom-clean, clean and tidy upon departure.
• Used towels and bed linen must be collected and left according to our instructions.
• Dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils must be clean and returned to their designated places.
• In the event of excessive soiling, waste being left behind or additional cleaning being required, the additional cleaning costs will be charged to the guest afterwards.
Quiet hours and noise
• Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests.
• Quiet hours apply in and around the accommodation from 10:00 PM.
• Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
Smoking
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or communal indoor areas.
• Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from smoking will be charged to the guest.
Pets
• Pets are not permitted unless agreed with us in writing in advance.
Parking
• One car per apartment may be parked directly at the accommodation.
• A second car, if applicable, must be parked in the designated parking area on the opposite side of the road, beyond the small bridge.
• Parking at neighbouring properties, at neighbours' homes or in other parking areas that do not belong to Waldberg Lodge is not permitted.
• Any fines, towing charges or other costs resulting from incorrect parking are entirely the responsibility of the guest.
Safety
• Stairways, communal areas and emergency exits must remain freely accessible at all times.
• Open flames, fireworks and hazardous materials are not permitted in or around the accommodation.
Before departure
Before leaving, please check that the apartment has been left tidy, all waste has been disposed of correctly, the kitchen and inventory are clean and tidy, and no personal belongings have been left behind.
If the accommodation is not left in accordance with these house rules or if damage has occurred during the stay, we reserve the right to charge the guest afterwards for the actual costs incurred for additional cleaning, repairs, replacement or waste disposal.
